Return Policy:

All products are returnable if the product is in the same un-used condition as when purchased. Items can be returned no later than 14 days from invoice date. Call (866) 883-1339 for a Return Authorization number prior to returning.  Items that are custom embroidered or printed are non-returnable.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Warranty Policy:

All of our products are inspected for quality before leaving our factory. This product is warranted for one year from date of purchase against factory defects. If your product is defective, simply return the product, along with a return address, and at the factory’s discretion, we will replace or repair the item.
